These photos show a few of the problems we see on roofs that are not well maintained.  It is important to remove moss and algae properly so that your shingles are not damaged.  Do not let someone power wash your asphalt shingles. It could ruin your roof.  It is also important to keep gutters clean and clear of debris. Gutters full of debris will allow water to back up under the shingles and allow water damage.  See our spring cleaning information for remedies to these problems.”
