Here are some pictures of some of the things that we sometimes encounter after removing roofs.  All of these repairs are completed by Spencer Construction, Inc. to insure that your new roof is structurally sound as well as attractive.  We don’t want you to spend money on a new roof that is installed over these types of problems.
